Terms and Conditions of Enjoy Egypt Tours
1. Booking and Payments 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Enjoy Egypt Tours. 1.2. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, as specified for each travel package. 1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government tax adjustments, or supplier price changes prior to booking confirmation. 1.4. Final payment must be completed within the specified deadline before the tour start date. Failure to make full payment may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Cancellations and Refunds 2.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the package type (e.g., Nile Cruises, day tours, or peak season bookings). Detailed cancellation terms are provided upon booking. 2.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Enjoy Egypt Tours. 2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and supplier terms. Transaction fees and non-refundable deposit charges may apply. 2.4. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or voluntary early departures once the tour has commenced.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements 3.1. Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), entry visas, health declarations, and required travel permits for Egypt. 3.2. Enjoy Egypt Tours is not liable for entry refusals, delays, or losses caused by missing or invalid travel documentation. 3.3. Travelers must adhere to local regulations, security guidelines, and health requirements at all Egyptian destinations and historical sites.
4. Changes and Amendments 4.1. Enjoy Egypt Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries, flight/train schedules, hotel accommodations, or river cruise vessels due to weather, Nile navigation conditions, or operational reasons. 4.2. In cases where changes are necessary, we will provide comparable alternative arrangements of equal standards. 4.3. Any custom itinerary modifications requested by the traveler after confirmation may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Responsibility 5.1. Enjoy Egypt Tours acts as an agent connecting clients with third-party suppliers (hotels, Nile cruise ships, transportation providers, and local operators) and is not liable for personal injury, property loss, accidents, or service delays caused by third parties. 5.2. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and behavior during all activities, including desert safaris, hot air balloon flights, and water sports. 5.3. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and luggage loss is strongly recommended.
6. Force Majeure 6.1. Enjoy Egypt Tours shall not be held liable or responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations resulting from acts of God, extreme weather, Nile river lock maintenance, political events, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Privacy Policy 7.1. We respect your privacy and collect personal information strictly to process bookings and provide services. By booking with Enjoy Egypt Tours, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law 8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
